  Also, as part of the underwriting process, we will order and inspection of your property
  at no cost to you. This is to ensure that the condition of the property and relationship to
  brush will meet the Insurance Co. standards. If the standards are not compatible you will
  be notified by mail, you may have the opportunity to correct non-compatible items found.

  Note:  Your property insurance policy does not include protection in case of your death
  or the death of your spouse. However, mortgage insurance protection is offered by Life
  Insurance and can be written as a separate policy (Please call for details).

  All coverage’s are subject to the Terms and conditions contained in the policy and
  endorsements.  The premiums shown are for a 12-month policy period.
