What to do if you have had a Claim :
        24-hours a day, seven days a week.

• Take care of yourself first, then after your ok!
    

• Write down all the details about the Claim
  (This will help you remember later on)

• If after hours call 1-800-Allstate^®  or  (800) 255-7828
    

• You’ll need to have the following information handy:
    (Keep Calm, try to have as much information as possible)
      
  • Date and Time Of loss
     
  • Location – street address, cross streets
     
  • Your policy number for each policy you wish to file a claim on
     
  • Your drivers license number and personal information (Auto)
     
  • Whether authorities such as police were notified  
     
  • Your e-mail address & Telephone Number's
     
  • Was anyone hurt or injured
     
  • Policy number and Information on the other party  (Auto or Liability)
     
  • More Information needed
